Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and GZ Consultant Ent. Inc. ("we", "us"), which operates NaughtyFlix at naughtyflix.com. By creating an account or using NaughtyFlix you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. Who can use NaughtyFlix

• You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult material where you live. Some titles are 18+ and only play for members who have confirmed they are 18 or over.
• You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Tell us straight away at support@naughtyflix.com if you think someone else is using it.
• One person per account. Don't sell, share or transfer your account.

2. What NaughtyFlix is

NaughtyFlix streams films, series and shorts made with AI tools, including originals cut in EditorX. Everything on NaughtyFlix is AI-generated. None of it depicts real people. Characters are fictional, and any resemblance to a real person is unintended.

Visitors can watch trailers and some first episodes that are rated SFW. Signing in lets you keep watching, save your place, keep a list and tip the people who made what you watch.

3. Content rules

You may not upload, submit, request or share anything that:

• depicts, suggests or sexualizes anyone under 18, or presents any character as a minor or as child-like, in any context;
• depicts or imitates a real, identifiable person, including celebrities and private individuals, without their documented consent;
• shows non-consensual sexual activity, sexual violence, incest, bestiality or real-world illegal acts;
• promotes, depicts as desirable or facilitates sex trafficking, prostitution or any form of exploitation;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• promotes hate, harassment or violence against real people or groups;
• is spam, malware, or an attempt to get around our safety systems.

Minors. We have zero tolerance for content involving minors. We remove it, close the account, keep the records the law requires, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and other authorities as required.

How we moderate. Before anything a member submits is published, people on our team review it, and automated tools rate posters, backdrops, trailers and stills. After publishing, we act on reports, re-review titles when there's reason to, and can take any title down at any time.

Real people. If a title looks like you or someone you represent, email support@naughtyflix.com with its link. You don't need to prove the resemblance is intentional; we remove content that plausibly depicts a real person.

We may remove content, reject submissions, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Submitting your films

Members can submit work from EditorX or upload it from their own computer.

• Review. Every member submission is reviewed before it's published, to confirm it's AI-generated and shows no real people. We can reject a submission, and we'll tell you why. When in doubt, we reject.
• Your rights. You keep ownership of what you submit. You confirm that you made it or have every right needed to publish it, and that it follows these terms.
• License to us. When you submit a title, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, display, promote and make thumbnails and previews of it on NaughtyFlix for as long as it's published. You can withdraw a submission that's waiting for review, and ask us to unpublish a published title at any time.
• Provenance. To speed up review, EditorX records which clips in your cut came from your own generations and which were imported. We use this only to review your submission.

5. Tokens, plans, tips and earnings

• Plans and tokens. Plans renew each month until you cancel and include a monthly token allowance. You can also buy wallet tokens. Tokens have no cash value except as described under earnings below, and can't be transferred except by tipping.
• Tips. You can tip a title's maker in tokens. Tips are final once sent. Each billing cycle you can send makers up to a set share of your plan's monthly tokens, plus any wallet tokens. Free weekly tokens can't be sent.
• Earnings. Tokens you receive as a maker go to your earned balance. You can move them into your wallet to spend on generation at full value. If we've enabled withdrawals on your account, you can instead cash them out at [50]% of their generation value, once each earning is [15] days old. Every cash-out is reviewed and paid on the 15th or the 1st of the month. We may hold, reverse or refuse earnings connected to fraud, chargebacks or breaches of these terms.
• Taxes. You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
• Fraud and money laundering. Tips and earnings must reflect genuine support for a maker's work. Don't use NaughtyFlix to move money between people, cash out stolen or disputed funds, or tip your own accounts. We may ask for information to confirm who you are and where funds came from, and may hold, reverse or refuse payouts and close linked accounts where we suspect fraud or money laundering. We report suspicious activity where the law requires.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, copy or redistribute titles; don't try to download streams you aren't given a download option for; don't interfere with the site's security or other members' use of it; and don't use NaughtyFlix to break the law.

7. Takedowns and reports

If you believe something on NaughtyFlix breaks these terms, email support@naughtyflix.com with the title's link and what's wrong. We review every report and may remove content while we look into it. Copyright complaints follow our DMCA Policy. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.

8. Changes and ending your account

We may update NaughtyFlix and these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you before it takes effect. You can close your account at any time from support. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

NaughtyFlix is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of The State of Nevada, USA.
