Account and sign-in

• Can't sign in? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. If that email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us.
• Closing your account: email us and we'll close it and delete your data, apart from records we must keep by law.

Watching

• A title won't play: check your connection and try refreshing. Some titles are 18+ and play only after you sign in and confirm you're 18 or over.
• Resume and My list only work when you're signed in.

Plans, tokens and tips

• Cancel your plan from your account at any time; it runs until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds: see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• Tips go to the title's maker and are final once sent.

Submitting films

• Submit from EditorX or from the Submit a film page. Every member submission is reviewed to confirm it's AI-generated and shows no real people.
• You can follow your submissions under Your films, withdraw one that's waiting for review, and see the reason if one isn't approved.
• To take a published title down, email us with its link.

Earnings and cash-outs

Makers can move earnings to their wallet at any time. Cash-outs are available once we've enabled withdrawals on your account and each earning is at least [15] days old. For payout questions, email us.

Report a problem with a title

If a title shows a real person, anyone who looks under 18 without ambiguity, non-consensual content, or infringes your rights, email support@naughtyflix.com with the title's link and what's wrong. We review every report, and we may remove the title while we look into it.
