Privacy Policy

Last updated: Sept 26 2027.

This policy explains what GZ Consultant Ent. INC. ("we", "us") collects when you use NaughtyFlix, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, username, display name and profile picture.
• Age confirmation: whether you've confirmed you're 18 or over, and how. We store only the result, not your date of birth.
• Viewing activity: what you watch, where you stopped (so you can resume), and the titles in your list.
• What you submit: films, trailers, posters and the details you add. If you submit from EditorX, we also record which clips came from your own generations and which were imported, to help review.
• Payments and tokens: your plan, token balance, tips you send and receive, and your earnings. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't see or store full card numbers.
• Payout details: if you cash out earnings, the account holder name and bank details you give us for transfers.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and logs needed to keep the site secure and working.
• Settings: your preferences, such as whether 18+ content is shown to you.

How we use it

To run your account and NaughtyFlix; to resume playback and show your list and Continue watching; to review submissions and keep the site within its content rules; to process payments, tips and payouts; to prevent fraud and abuse; to answer support requests; and to meet legal obligations.

Automated review

We use AI vision models to help rate posters, trailers and other media as SFW or NSFW, and to describe media for search. These services receive the media file to do this. People at GZ Consultant Ent. Inc. make the final decision on every member submission.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• service providers who host and run the site for us (database and authentication, file storage and delivery, web hosting, AI model providers for content review, and email);
• our payment processor and the bank or payout provider that sends cash-outs;
• authorities, when the law requires it or to report illegal content.

Your username, display name and the titles you've published are public on your titles' pages.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your content settings and resume playback. [List any analytics or advertising tools here, or state that none are used.]

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open. Payment, earnings and payout records are kept for as long as tax and financial laws require. Submissions you withdraw or ask us to unpublish are removed from the site; copies may stay in backups for up to 24 hours after submission for removal.

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile and settings at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account by emailing support@naughtyflix.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including to object to some processing or to complain to a data protection authority.

Adults only

NaughtyFlix is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we close accounts we find belong to minors.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and tell you about significant changes.
