This is how we protect the ecosystem.
01 / Content boundaries
Zero tolerance
Any sexual or suggestive depiction of a minor, real or fictional, drawn or generated, is prohibited. Prompts that point at a minor are refused automatically. Accounts that attempt it are closed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, as US law requires.
No sexual or intimate content of a real, identifiable person, and no deepfakes. Anyone shown without their consent can ask us to take it down.
Incest, bestiality, rape and non-consent, snuff, and content promoting terrorism, self-harm or extreme violence are all refused. Fiction is welcome; these themes are not.
Anything prohibited by the Terms or illegal is not allowed. That includes:
Personas are AI characters. They don’t give professional advice, including medical, legal, financial or gambling advice.
Human trafficking. We do not condone human sex trafficking in any form. All instances of suspected human trafficking will be reported to the proper authorities.
02 / Content checks
How we screen: checks run on every prompt, every upload and the work members share publicly. They protect the people on the site, and the freedom to create everything else.
Every prompt and chat message is checked before anything is generated: first against a list of prohibited words our team maintains, then by an automated review of what it is asking for, so rewording a request doesn't get around the rules. Words that point at a minor are always refused.
Uploads are checked automatically for illegal content before they can be used. They are private inputs for the generator and are never published. Members sign an Upload Agreement before their first upload, and photos of real people may only be used with an ID record on the uploader’s account: their own identity verification, or a performer record with that person’s ID and signed release. Members keep 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records for everyone shown in their uploads.
Before a post appears publicly, its pictures, frames from its videos and its text are checked automatically. A post that breaks the rules stays private, and its owner is told which rule applied. Everything shared publicly is labelled as AI-generated. Anyone can report shared work through our Complaints page, and our team resolves reports within 5 business days.
Generating, chatting with Personas and viewing NSFW work all need an account confirmed as 18 or older.
Images and videos shared to the community are rated for nudity, and anything marked NSFW is shown only to members who have confirmed their age.
03 / Enforcement
What happens to an account that breaks the rules.
Level 1
The prompt is refused and the attempt is logged for our team to review.
Level 2
Our team suspends accounts that keep trying, or that break the rules above.
Level 3
Serious violations close the account for good, and illegal content is reported to the authorities.
